Renovated existing laundry control box serving washing machine. Opened drywall to access water distribution pipes. Removed existing steel box from wall, box was very rusted due to existing emergency water shutoff controls leaking for extended time. Installed new laundry control box with new ez turn emergency water shutoff controls, snaked the drain, and renovated the drywall to like original condition, ready for paint. Installed new water delivery supply lines connecting to washing machine. Leak tested.
